It is not every day that you can find an automatic, 21-jewel timepiece for such a great price. Current owners boast that “nothing in the price range can compete with this watch!” And I second that statement. As an avid watch collector, I am exposed to watches with expertly crafted movements all the time. In no way is the Seiko 5 SNK793 movement spectacular, but for the affordability of this timepiece, it gets the job done and continues to function throughout continued use. Just make sure to wind your movement every few days, to keep the watch functioning properly!
A True “Steal”

A great watch by Seiko that is as nice looking as it is durable. It is considered a diver style watch– it has the aesthetics of a diver watch, but not the workings. It has a water resistance of up to 100m. True divers are at least 200m.
Despite not being a true diver, the watch is still great! It features a 42mm case, with a dark black dial. It also has an aluminum unidirectional bezel and a hardlex crystal for increased durability.

The Seiko SNKNO1 was added to this review because of its unique look. And the great price of course!
With the Seiko SNKN01, you are getting a watch that is a bit different than the others reviewed today. For one, the squared, cushion shape adds a unique, but luxurious look. The case is large, at 43.5mm, and features a sunray blue dial protected by a hardlex dial window. The distressed leather band is also durable, but also gives the watch more of a fashionable look.
Now like I mentioned this watch is large. It is more suitable for someone with a large wrist. But once you own it, you will never want to take it off. It is comfortable enough to wear every day, and stylish enough to wear to formal events or business meetings.
Out of The Ordinary
Who really needs a round-shaped watch anymore? Cushioned shaped watches are all the rage! While that statement may not be completely true, it is to some degree. To those who want a different look, one that stands out: this is your watch. The large display makes it so this watch is easily seen by anyone who glances your way. Anyways, don’t just listen to me. Seiko SGF204 Two-Toned
I am in love with the design and look of this watch. I know it is “copying” the two-tonedRolex Datejust, but not everyone can afford a Rolex.
Seiko did a great job when designing this watch. It truly looks like a high-grade, expensive watch at a more than affordable price. The great-sized stainless steel 35mm case perfectly complements the two-toned silver and gold link bracelet. What enhances the look is definitely the gold coin-edged bezel that exemplifies what a luxury watch looks like.
What I am not so happy about in regards to this watch is the movement. This is the only watch on today’s review that is a quartz movement. Not that quartz watches are terrible, but if you want to appreciate the skill it takes to create a mechanical movement, you’ll see why battery-powered quartz cannot compete.
A Rolex Look at a Low Price
Some people will be upset that this watch looks similar to a Rolex. Others will be extremely happy that this watch looks like a Rolex because it is much more affordable.
Overall the Seiko SGF204 is nothing short of beautiful. Everything from the light, shiny silver dial, to the polished two-toned bracelet. Even the Seiko name looks great on this watch. It is beautifully etched into the top of the dial and proudly displays the Seiko brand name.
